I see Audley is fighting Martin Rogan.... so I take it that there is no way a July fight can be made for Peter now being so late into June
Yeah its very unlikely now, as Skelton is out with a virus at the moment and Audley is fighting Rogan.
The fight is canceled. He will go straight to fighting Vitali. It's on Dan Rafael's Notebook on espn.
Frank Warren was talking crap then. I reckon he was working under the assumption that Skelton and Audley would actually accept a title shot. I'm sure Skelton would but he seems to be out of the picture. I bet Audley turned the fight down. He's probably waiting until there is a feather-fisted WBO champion so he can beat him and then retire saying "I told you so".
This doesn't bode well for Peter, vitali may have more work in the gymn than Peter by the time that they fight.
