Now that Mayo is out some where saying he was going to fight Rivera or Smith so is he still fighting?
Smith? Ishe? That would be a pretty decent fight. Well obviously it was supposed to be Danny Perez, who then pulled out. No idea at the moment.
I believe it is still Cosme Rivera. This is too short notice for any good fighter so they will make it look like everyone is afraid of him. Rivera will be a suitable opponent for now so that he keeps busy.
You have to believe that Ishe would take the fight at short notice. It's a big opportunity for him. Also having taken part in a series liek the Contender, where you have to fight several times against equally matched opponents in short-fights, there's always the chance of defeat so I don't think he'd be worried about a loss on his record against Angulo. I think he'd take it, and I think it'll be a good fight.
Cosme rivera is a natural jr. Welterweight / welterweight, and he's all bones...this is like throwing a bone of chicken with a dog....poor cosme
