Last I heard he was in the middle of a legal dispute with Top Rank and it looks, at the moment, that he won't be fighting until next year. Hate to see talented fighters wasting years of their prime.
By that time he comes back his skills might be diminished to the point where he should consider not coming back.

Well, the talk was that he would return at 140, so he would certainly need at least 2 fights to shake off the rust and adjust to the higher weight. Even if he's staying busy in the gym, this is a long lay-off.
