Any word on Nate Campbell

What?You haven't heard?He is on the undercard of Mayorga vs Angulo,he is fightiing mandatory Ali Funeka.

 

The fight was never signed or really serious, it was just talk.

I haven't heard anything on Campbell, but he may need a tune up before he takes on a serious contender. He's been out of the ring for so long, through no fault of his own.

I would love to see Barrera vs Campbell, I feel Nate is one of the weaker belt holders in Boxing today. However, having said that, we just don't know if Barrera is in any shape to take on such a champion, and the ventura fight didn't give any indication.

 

Mayorga vs Angulo is going to be **** hot. I'm there.

He is far too inactive for a 37 year old champion fighter in need of a money fight. That was a vicious fight he had with Juan Diaz, but I expected him in the ring sooner and wanted to see him fight. Will be watching this fight (hopefully it's not on ppv, if it is I'll watch it through other means).

 

guzman ****ed him up. but its weird that guzman gets to fight earlier than him. they must be concentrating hard on the legal issues they have against guzman and not doing enough to get actual fights. but yes, last time i've heard, he is going to fight the dangerous "funeka".
