Any word on where the Froch/Bute fight is being held?

Latest still points to the Capital FM in Nottingham as far as I'm aware, but it looks like Eddie Hearn is still touting the possibility of taking it outside.

Apparently the City Ground's pitch is being relaid the week before the fight so that's probably out of the picture, but Hearn did post a shot of Meadow Lane on Twitter to Carl.

 

Why not the M.E.N?

 

Read some news in Romanian press that Froch Vs Bute was moved on Meadow Lane Stadium.

Why would Froch fight at Meadow Lane when he's a Forest Fan? No one has mentioned Trent Bridge as a possibility!!!

I just called Matchroom this morning asking about tickets and they said there would be more info next week or the week after and they would email me info.

You guys on here will probably have the info before they even email me, so i'll keep checking here as I want to see this fight

 

I signed up to the Matchroom mailing list so presumably I would get early info on things like ticket sales? Does anyone know what matchroom are like at informing via email list, because I really would like to get in as early as possible to get the best seats possible.
