Any word on who the REF is for Pavlik/Hopkins?

I would like to know too.

 

Smoger, Bayless, Weeks, or Kelly. The four best in my opinion.

 

It's not any of those guys. It's someone I've never heard of and can't even remember his name. He is an IBF guy.

Also, the current judges are all IBF folks. There are some disagreements going on about this.

I was just naming the money guys, but thanks for helping me curb my expectations earlier. Because those 4 are by far the best (unless I am clearly missing someone).

 

Tony Weeks is by far the best ref currently.

You dont win Mr Universe as a write-in candidate and not be the best ref.

It's not Joe. I heard who it is, and I never heard of him. As a matter of fact, I can't even remember his name.

 

the ref will be a big factor in this.

hopkins knows every trick and if the ref does not clamp down on them as in the calzaghe and wright fights where the ref were poor and incosistent ,then just as they were foul filled affairs which spoiled the fights then so will pavlik v hopkins be a foul filled fight.

 

Team Pavlik is not happy. Hopkins pays IBF sanctioning fees.
