Anyone have any new info on who's jermaine's next opponent? I've heard Roy jones, but that seemed to have died down. Jeffy lacy maybe, or Kessler?
I read that if a fight with Jones couldnt be made, then he could possibly end up fighting Trinidad. I believe I read it on Maxboxing or Espn.
I hope Jermain will hold his ego in check and fight one or two set-ups. I was never a Taylor fan, but that changed last September. In the rematch with Pavlik, even though I was rooting for Pavlik, I was actually more impressed by Taylor. He showed beyond a doubt that he can still learn, grow, and change. No matter what the future holds JT will always be the first fighter to force Pavlik to go the distance! Taylor would beat Miranda 9 times out of 10, but it is that 10% factor where Miranda might get lucky that bothers me. I don't think JT sould take Edison as his next opponent. I hope he will think in terms of the future, and fight a couple 2nd tier guys before he goes after anyone else. Boo
I've heard Roy Jones actually. I think is a mistake for Taylor. If he wins, he is like a worse version of Tarver...beating up an old man. If he loses, he got beaten by an old man. Another no-win for Taylor. I hope he fires his promoter/manager.
