Aren't you a wrestler? They should be easy for you... Also, if you get dizzy so easy, you can also be knocked down pretty easy. I suggest walking to an open space, spreading your arms and spinning very fast both clockwise and anticlockwise. Then when you stop, try shaddowboxing. The cubans do the spinning for several minutes. You should start with, say, 20 mins and work your way up.
I meant 20 seconds, but I think that a gangsta like young hippo can beat some pansy ass olympic champions from Cuba... so 20 mins seems just fine.
proly not. il have to try that next time. my neck oly hurts when i do bridges sideways not front and back. i try and touch ear to flooor
You might get dizzy because you stand up too fast after you do them. Like if you're laying in bed and jump up real quick you get all light headed. I wouldn't know why they hurt, maybe you're doing them wrong somehow.
What are you, a shaolin monk? I can't do that. The neck isn't supposed to move like that, you're not a damn owl.
lol oo. thats proly why. but yah all the blood rushes to my head if i do neck bridges for over like 6 minutes and i get dizzy
well reason why your dizzy...is becuase you are upsidedown...lets think of this ok This content is protected This content is protected now this part of the ear keeps your balance which contains fluid and flud of course goes towards the centre of gravity. now when your doing your neck bridges the fluid is going to the bottom towards lets say roughly... the back of your head thats were the gravity is attracting it in direction to. so while you may be lieing down flat out your body thinks your upside down. and when you sit up it should feel like you have just done a 180 flip in 2 seconds. yours faithfully dr. vantage
