What you spend in Vegas depends on how much you like to gamble, other than that its not a massively expensive place to eat and drink (it helped that it was £1=£2 when I was over there though). Outside of the biggies, the hotels arn't that expensive either. I got flights and 5 nights at the MGM Grand for around 750 IIRC.

Depending on what in the word IIRC means that is a lot better than I thought it would be

Book it all seperate... You can get Thursday-Sunday on Delta 65 from Manchester via Atlanta for about £360...Hotels are cheap as chips... I have stayed in a few and they are all good value... Even better when it was $2 to the pound for the Hatton v Castillo fight!!!

The all day buffets are great value, all pretty much the same price and as much as you like....just standing the queue with some XXXXL Yanks is good for the soul before you have had a mouthful...

I would never encourage anybody on here not to do something but booking seperatlely has always been best for us when we go rather than any package deal.

Get your tickets seperate too...my mate bought a ticket through a US ticket agency and the service was outstanding, delivered to our hotel within 30 minutes of contacting the agency.

I am going to Pac Man v PBF if it gets made for defo...:good

Direct flights on virgin are a lot more expensive. Go indirect and stay for longer, it will cost you less.

I am happy to hold flights for people (I'm a travel agent) until dates are confimed. PM me if you want my email or work no.

The US airlines have had a bad year and in a world cup year unless they start flying via South Africa they'll have a bad summer too! They will be deals to be had, hold out for a bit....

went out for Cotto-Margarito and Mayweather-Marquez and will definately try to get out for this. If it ends up in Vegas no tickets will really be available to the public though. I think for Mayweather-DLH they released about 2,000 to the public and no doubt the casinos will be even keener to keep these back.

if it goes down, Arum has said it will probably be May 1st
