any1 use any workouts besides boxing?

    i use MMA, wrestling, football, powerlifting, olympic lifting, Rugby workouts aswell. anything else i might be able to use? thanks.

    weights,bodyweight exercices,running.And I play all kind of sports.

    Oh yeah, all of the time. Trying to increase my vertical with some basketball workouts really help the speed of my straight right.

    stop being a moron. if you were to do an olympic lifting workout it would greatly increase your explosiveness or a power lifting workoutnwould greatly increase your punching power

    run in da mornin gym work midday then after some strength trainin in the evenin i swim 50 lengths underwater this expands ur lungs an u breathe much betta whilst fightin

    i just wonder how anyone can put so much into one package, especially when someone doesnt even compete...

    but again its the internet everyone trains like they are pro fighters

    im not saying all at the same time. second of all wtf do u mean i dont compete im a competitive wrestler. i change up my workouts for instance mayby for 2-3 months ill do one workout then 2-3 months another one
