Anybody a fan of the light middleweight division?

    It's never been the most popular division in the sport but nevertheless there's some good talent and exciting fighters at 154. And it's far better than 160 at the moment.

    Who exactly is in this division? I just would like to know what exactly you are referring to when you you say it has more talent than MW...

    MW has:
    Abraham
    Pavlik
    Sturm
    Dzinerk (or however you ****in' spell his crazy ass name)
    Kirkland
    Paul Williams

    There's quite a few guys...

    I think you are basically right, but it is hard to isolate Paul Williams as a Middleweight...didn't he just fight at 154??

    Kirkland is at 154
    Williams last fought at 154

    Also...
    Sergio Martinez is at 154
    Angulo is at 154
    Duddy is moving down to 154 (not quality but entertaining nonetheless)

    160 is topheavy right now but I think the potential at 154 is going to overtake it in the next year or two as things get sorted out at 160 and Pavlik and Abraham move up in weight.

    Subtract those three names from your list and you'll understand why I say there is more talent at 154 than 160.

    154 is heating up. El Perro Angulo vs MAyorga. PTP against anyone descent. SD and Forrest. MArtinez is real good. Kirkland on the rise. Daniel Santos is back. I don't know what happened to Cory Spinks after his controversial loss to Verno Phillips.

    Sergiy Dzinziruk
    Vernon Forrest
    Paul Williams
    Daniel Santos
    Alfredo Angulo
    Sergio Martinez
    James Kirkland

    This list looks far more talented and exciting than..

    Arthur Abraham
    Felix Sturm
    Sebastian Sylvester
    Giovanni Lorenzo
    Khoren Gevor
    Randy Griffin
