I'm guessing most of those who think Shane won are FMJ fans?

Mayweather's win doesn't look that special now.

You are just wrong and a poor judge of a fight. You got told who won by a team on HBO and think thats the way it went. Silly tramp

90% of Mora's punches were landing on Mosley's gloves.

I think you're putting too much trust in Lampleys cheerleading. For the last 6 rounds, Mosley was wailing and flailing (mostly at air) while mora was landing the occasional counter.

Clean punching, effective aggression, ring generalship, and defense..."With the emphasis on clean punching...JIM!!!"

Effective aggression: Neither. **** it, I'll give it to Shane since he's the only one that attempted aggression...it wasn't, however, of the EFFECTIVE type.

Ring Generalship: Mora. This was far more typical of a Mora fight than a Mosley fight. Mosley was unable to make Mora fight his fight. Whether Mora made Mosley fight his fight or Mosley just went along with it is up for debate. Either way, Mora.

Defense: Mora. Again, Mosley could have just said "**** it, I don't respect his power". Either way, this has to go to Mora.

Clean Punching: Hard to tell. Mosley had some moments early, Mora had more down the stretch. Some of Moras cleanest punches may have been because Mosley was baiting him to initiate an exchange (Mora never really bit, though..he'd take his point and move). Mora wasn't willing to exchange which made it hard for Shane to land cleanly at all - that makes it hard for me to give the nod for clean punching to Mosley. Lederman ALWAYS stresses there is an emphasis on clean punching. I'm content to call this one, and the fight, a draw.

Exactly. That's what it all boils down to. Majority of ESB users cry about every damn decision. I take it all with a grain of salt. These are the same people that said this PPV was a disgrace, and how it was a shitty undercard, and all this other nonsense.

    All they do is cry. :| :| :| :| :| :|

I hear sleep apnea deaths experience an 18000% increase during a Mora fight. Coincidence? I'll let you decide.

If Mosley's fight with Mayweather is any indication of how he will approach Mosley, he is going to find himself in a bad situation and way behind on the scorecards.

Mosley just didn't look comfortable trying to fight Mayweather from the outside. When he used feints, he looked jittery and nervous, and Mayweather had no trouble picking him apart.

It's just too late in Mosley's career to change his style so drastically. And even if he does come in much better condition than his fight against Mayweather, he's the smaller man, and he's going against an opponent that managed to keep a too tenative Vernon Forrest on the outside long enough to win the first fight.

And Vernon Forrest, even at that stage in his career, has the tools, the experience, and is accustomed to fighting that way, and looks far more comfortable in the ring. Not to mention the fact that he's taller and rangier that Mosley; therefore, much better equiped to fight considering his opposition.

Granted, Forrest came back to win the second fight, as he was more aggressive, but again, he had the long jab and right hand to neutralize Mora's attack, and press the action enough to steal rounds.

But if Mosley decides to box Mora at this stage in his career, he loses a wide decision.

On the other hand, if Mosley chooses to bring the fight to Mora, he's never been hard to find with a good jab, and at 38 years old, his legs aren't what they used to be. In contrast, the much younger Mora is very mobile, and has enough experience under his belt to know that he needs to keep Mosley on the outside.

So in order to press the fight, Mosley will have to chase Mora around the ring, and I don't think he's equiped to do that at this stage. And like I said, he's never hard to find with a jab.

The only thing he has working for him is Mora's lack of punch, but at the same time Mora is used to fighting middleweights. And he's fought bigger men, if not as skilled, such as Manfredo that now fights at 168, and managed to show his physical strenght in a loss to Lacy.

So to sum it up, Mora's size and boxing ability will cause to many problems for Mosley to win this fight, and Mora will win a decision, but only because he lacks a big punch.

So in the end, Mora UD.

Mosley didn't land **** till the last few rounds while getting hit with crisp jabs, rights, and even on the inside, he was getting ripped by hooks and uppercuts. Mosley UD?:patsch Get the **** out of here and quit typing like a *****. That **** is schoolgirl childish.
