How is it a " no win " situation for Floyd?
even if Floyd loses he'll make millions, MILLIONS! that's allways a win situation for someone who calls themself "MONEY".

 

If you listen to the hopkins interview, he is right on the money when saying Floyd is the type of guy who has to talk himself up to get confidence. He wants to believe pac is scared so he can hype himself to fight him. Pac is the type of fighter that lets his team put who ever is next. Win or lose pac ain't scared he just loves to fight. pac's been in WW how long and has already fought one of the big names. floyds been there years and yet to fight MC, SSM or AM.

 

If floyd is in a no win situation then fight mosley you *****.

 

If its a no win situation then fight Mosely and shut up about it.

Man please. FMJ called out Mosely and Mosely ran. Now that Shane is divorced and his career was two steps away from skid row, now he is ducking? Rewind the history. When Shane was in the spot FMJ was in he did NOT give FMJ a shot. Why does he deserve the same? Then you list a bunch of fighters who FMJ would handle all day? Collazo and Cintron? Really?

The only dude on that list that is a threat to FMJ is Williams. He is a threat to ANY true welter. I don't see ANY welter calling that freak out.

Pacquiao already said he will fight WHO EVER his promoter puts in front of him. Arum is open to the fight and Roach wants the fight.

If he fought him before Manny annhilated Cotto then yes, but now he won't be questioned for beating Pac.

I agree with every word he said there. If he doesn't take the fight with pacquiao people will say that he ducked Manny because he was scared of him. If he does take the fight, he will dominate manny and make it look easy and people will say that he opted for the big easy payday against the smaller man instead of going after someone like Mosley or williams.

In terms of legacy he is in a lose lose situation but I guess he can console himself with the $30 million that he should make for an easy fight.

 

The truth is some people will refuse to give him respect no matter what he does (the same applies to Pac). It's just how it works.

Having said that, the Pac fight is THE fight to make and Floyd will receive far less criticism for it than if he chose Mosley or Williams.

Pacquiao right now, smaller or not, is well above these guys. Mayweather will only be in a no win situation if he refuses to fight Pac.
