    I never realized that he beat some good names himself: Freddie Little, Joey Giaradello, Jimmy Ellis. Never knocked down.

    I suppose he'll always be best remembered for helping Leon Spinks to a title against Ali. I remember him when he was working with some of the talented Olympians from the '84 class.
