Yeah, especially as he was very competitive throughout the fight, it wasn't like he was getting blown out.

I dont think Hops would take the fight unless he fealt he could beat Pavlik... but Pavlik is an extremly hungry fighter.. and you can bet if he get sknocked down especially early in the fight, he WILL try to get his payback from Bhop. Pavlik has a somewhat aggresive mentality in there :0

Dont feel to bad for Casa, it looked to me like he took the stoppage well.
.....he went over to JMM and was smiling and congratulating him.

Casamayor got stopped by the best P4P fighter in the world, there is absolutely no shame in that, especially with Casamayor having seen his better days.

Valiant effort by Casamayor, he was in it to win all the way, which was the reason he got stopped.
    .....MAB should take note!;)

Yes. I always have some sympathy for the loser unless they're a complete shithead.

    I'm good.

I didn't expect the knockout either, I don't think anyone did.

Didn't know who to pick in this one, thought it was going to be really close. Great performance by Marquez, and Bernstien deserves a lot of credit as well. Great trainer!!!

Did you have v-cash on it?

NO I didnt. I had v-cash on a football game though and won. I think Nacho is the best in the game. Do you think Khan would be a better fighter if Nacho was his trainer? :think

I certainly don't. Not that I've got anything against Casa, but that's just the game. You win some, you lose some, and there's no shame in getting stopped late by someone like Marquez, especially if it wasn't a one sided beat down, which I assume it was not.

I don't feel too bad. I respect casa's skills and pedigree, but he has always been a poor sport a bit dirty in the ring too. He has definitely shown he can be hurt badly in the past too, so it's not like I figured I would NEVER see him stopped. If katsidis wasn't such a sloppy horrible finisher he would've taken El Cepillo out. Regardless he needs to hang them up and I actually wouldn't have a problem with JMM retiring too as he is getting up there in age and doesn't really have anything else to prove.
