I think Badou is massively over priced at 2/1-9/4. I rate James high but he switches off too much and doesn't punch for 3mins a round. Jack has proved he can work for the full 3mins in a fight (Vs Groves/Bute/Direll) IMO Jack will out work him and win a close SD. James has more talent than Jack but not the work ethic. Also Home advantage is big.

Either way the winner beats Smith & then Hopefuly Groves Beats Chud and see a massive Unification fight.

IF its James Vs Groves then that could easily sell out a stadium 40-60k seater. (Maybe Wembers)

Good luck to James tonight always want to see Brits do well.

I'm out on lash tonight, but was hoping to get back in to watch this. Do we know roughly what time it will be on?

Also Brittain could have 5/6 recognised World belts @ SMW (IBO Questionable).
    Groves WBA Super
Smith WBA REG (LOL LOL LOL)
    Degale WBC IBF
    CEJ IBO

could be some monster unifications maybe even a mini comp with all belts online (alot has too happen before then)

The broadcast on sky starts at 2 and ends at 5. So maybe there is some underard action before. So I would say about 3.30am.

Not sure jack has much power and Degale has a good chin. Degale points for me.

He scored a 10-8 round against Groves so Degale has to be careful.

Jack works hard, he doesn't take a break really. Degale switches off at times.

It'll be interesting if Jack changes anything with his approach though with his new trainer.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was a draw. Come on Degale!!!

    Eddie tweeted 3am ring walks.

I'm also having a quid or two on a draw.

I m the same mate fancied jack since the fight was made. Remember thinking against groves this guy must be on drugs due to his sheer relentlessness. If degale doesnt get to him early will have his hands full with liking his breaks too much.

Although the shape and what i m hearing from degale...its looking closer than i first thought.

Still going with jack by a couple of points.

It is a good fight between the two best SMW's in the world.

I am leaning towards Degale but if Jack wins I believe we are witnessing the beginning of his journey toward's p4p number one.

Not only would be the unified SMW champion but he would officially become the flag bearer for TMT. This is his last fight at 168 and I fully except him to go up to 175 and beat Kovalev and Beterbiev.

Again I will probably get accused of trolling but Ward showed the blueprint to easily outbox the basic Eastern European style.

Unless degles fitness lets him down he should have too much sheer talent for baddo jack.
Regales skills and ability to pick off "snap" punches from impossible angles should prove too much For jack.
Jack is a more basic more limited fighter.

Smart money in my opinion is Degale on points, but as the weeks have gone and the more I've thought about it I really wouldn't be shocked to see Degale earn a stoppage.

Stylistically I think he's all wrong for Jack.

Best condition I've seen him in and with this being such a big fight, I think he'll be bang up for it. None of this switching off and laying on the ropes.

This is gonna be a split decision either way I think, good value bet for the SD/MD.
