Something about HBO man... & Im not talking about the last year when they were putting on crap shows... but PRIME HBO

    Morales-MAB
    Marquez vs Pac/Baby Bull Diaz
    Hamed vs MAB
    Tito, Oscar, Mosley
    Lennox Lewis

Top notch commentary, production, the AURA

I will describe DaZn for you...

A lot of Tevin Farmer stay busy fights, Soto-Rios, GGG vs Brandon Adams, Crap Goldenboy cards sprinked in with Canelo & AJ

Espn+ trying to push us Pulev, Fury in mismatches, Khan-Crawford would be a regular HBO fight back in day

Just seem like the streaming services are C level compared to what HBO used to do

Dont even get me started on the DaZn price hike, how fighters are getting paid huge $$$ for stay busy type fights, how fighters are EXCLUSIVE to their platform no lee way so we will NEVER get fights like Loma-Mikey, Spence vs Bud, already screwed up the HW division...

Nothing will ever match the atmosphere of a big night of boxing on HBO. Nothing.

the commentators I've heard on the ESPN, DAZN and in paticular Fox/Showtime are grating hype machines trying to inflate the excitement of average or sub par match ups. Jim Lampley and Manny Stewart were and still are the bench mark.

Nostalgia is great to look back on, there were some fantastic nights on HBO. You tend to remember the great nights only and forget the bad ones. There will be great fights in the future on DAZN just give it time, we have Canelo v Jacobs soon the first mega fight on DAZN. I enjoyed the card last week in Philadelphia, the atmosphere and fights were very good. Not in terms of names on paper but matchmaking. Boxing is in a rebuilding stage in the US at the moment, with the money being throw about, it won't be long until you start seeing "classics"

HBO production was seamless. Just beautiful. It felt like a night at the fights.

We'll never see a production like that again.
