lol but we're not talking about breaking up with a girl, we're talking about a fight, the biggest and most lucrative fight in boxing. Also nothing will get this forum's competitive juices flowing like a Canelo Golovkin rematch.

No, I am not OK with El Pollo backing out of the rematch. Golovkin's last fight scared El Pollo, he will work on his wings so he can fly away...............................but he needs those PEDS!

I wouldn't mind if they fought top class opposition instead.

I feel that the Canelo - Golovkin fiasco has held the division up for long enough, as long as GGG fights one of Derevyanchenko, Charlo, Murata, Saunders, or even Jacobs II (as you see, rematches are not really my thing) that would be fine.

I actually prefer to see Golovkin fight Saunders instead, as it's more historically significant anyway.
And with Derevyanchenko in the mix and the better Charlo awaiting his spanking, I guess Alvarez would be my 3rd or 4th choice anyway.

Don't care who Alvarez shares the ring with, as long as they start testing his ass as soon as possible.
