Supposedly made his pro boxing debut on December 11th in Spain. Was a strongman competitor competing with the strongest men in the world in tournaments. The dude stands like 6'2" and 1/2 and weighs about 300 pounds when he use to compete in the strongman competitions. He is known to deadlift 880 pounds, bench-press 550 pounds and squat 820 pounds. He recently turned 24 two days ago. He is from Norway and seems to be pretty well known in that part of the world. He seems like a pretty athletic dude. Don't know if he will amount to anything, but, a dude as strong as him will create a lot of hype in this sport for sure.:yep

    Here is his pro debut

When did a physique ever get anybody anywhere Bruno Miranda and Briggs have all been beaten by guys with much lesser frames. Muscle is a big misconception without a game plan stamina chin or technique you cant hope to succedd in this sport. You can be as big as you want but if you cant take a punch you can get really embarassed and with big arms and shoulders if you dont know how to throw a proper punch you wont knock anybody out. Its an art not a circus match. If this guy cant box or be in shape or even have heart or a chin expect tthis guy to go about as far as a parapalegic in a foot race

He looks like he's on the juice, which makes sense if he was competing in World's Strongest Man competitions.

How many really bulky guys like that have done well in boxing anyway? I think all that muscle slows you down, doesn't allow you to get the full motion of your punch, and since those big muscles use a lot of Oxygen, they take away from your stamina.

Jesus, he's even more enormous than I thought.

    Definitely on the juice.

Even if he does do well in the future, eventually he'll fail a **** test and that will be the end of him.

It was WAY longer then 20 seconds... You mean the ref administred the counting for 20 seconds, but what about the time between the guy hit the floor and the ref started counting?

When you count the time between he goes down and the ref signalling the fight is out, it's good and nice 25 seconds... The longest 10 count I have ever seen, I mean without interruptions like the other guy coming from the neutral corner or some other accident...

Maybe since Haugen has an unfair advantage with the obscene amount of roids he takes, they let this other guy have a few concessions...like extended counts.
