Taylor got outboxed. I'm sorry. He had no answer for Froch's counterpunching. Taylor isn't a *****. He doesn't go to a fight and be scared to throw punches especially when he's got his opponent hurt, it's just that Taylor is very amateur and doesn't know how to box. Taylor wasn't just trying to coast, he was afraid of getting countered because he leaves himself open so much when he punches.
Justify round 7 to Froch. I will wait while you tell me why he gets a round he landed the least amount of punches and his jab came up short and all of his right hands were blocked(Froch throws the same combo over and over) Meanwhile..on the other side of the ring JT is landing double jabs and counter jabs in his face as well as his second best left hook of the fight. Froch did nothing in 7. Nothing. Justify play a clip and analyze or shut the **** up you talking out your ass mother****er.
Fuc you *******, taylor was NOT landing anything of significance after the sixth round douchebag, go get your eyes checked you fucing abortion.
I'm glad that some of ya'll think Taylor can box which means that basically ya'll don't know **** about boxing. But hey, everybody is an expert. Froch ain't got rhythmm or athleticism, and Taylor has well.......athleticism, if you wanna call that figity **** he does rhythmm then be my guest, but the fact is, Taylor cannot box.
Taylor will go down as the most overrated champion of ALL TIME in the middleweight division, actually if not the most overrated the most controversial, he looked like **** against Lacy and all these taylor nuthuggers think he looked amazing in that fight. He should go to 154 like when he fought the junior middles in ouma and spinks and dominate until he retires.
I have Froch ahead by one point at the time of the knockout. With the knockdown, Froch would have won the fight on my card, but it was very close.
I gave Taylor rounds 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 (he stole the round with a series of nice power shots) and 11.
Hey Pretty -- I'd like to know how much some of these guys had to drink before the fight:think I was stone sober, and discussed every round with my brother inlaw, his buddy, my sister, and a pal of mine. We had it 8-2-1 going into the 12th. Froch was not landing didley-****. Taylor would have had to practice up for it in order to miss the clumsey *******.
From what I recall, I had Taylor up 7 rounds to 4 before the twelfth, when Froch made the judges' scorecards irrelevant. Pretty entertaining fight. I think Jermain Taylor gets way too much **** from people on here. Say what you want about his deficiencies (he has many). But his competition over his last half dozen fights or so has been excellent- at least he's willing to face good opponents. I have much more respect for him now, after he's faced great fighters and lost, than when he was the darling of HBO and continually knocking out patsies who had no chance against him.
I had it a even going into the last round, Taylor was trying to steal rounds after the 6th, and Froch was pressing the fight with more output.
