Anybody Giving Lara a Chance to Beat Canelo???

I can't see this any other way than a UD for Lara.

 

Lara ud. He should outbox canelo, just keep moving and use his range.

 

50/50 for me.

 

A better question would be does anyone give Canelo a shot other then a bad dec.

Lara lost two or three rounds, he was up the whole fight.

 

Lara all day unless Canelo lands a bomb which could knockout Lara.

 

Lara can win he just has to stay away from taking too many bodyshots ,which is what you will see Canelo doing early. Mark my word.

 

That fact that Canelo will come in the same weight as a light heavy puts Lara at a severe disadvantage.

 

Lara is gonna be Lara. He's going to establish the jab early and use his superior length and craft to create opportunities to land the left hand.
The difference we'll see in this fight will be the urgency. I don't believe he'll be content to just sit back and take what Canelo gives him...as he has done in the past. I believe he will use feints more aggressively and possibly even try to walk Alvarez down later in the fight.

 

Not really that will just mean Canelo will gas again

 

Lara will win clearly, and then get robbed.

 

This fight will show how much Canelo has improved .Lara presents all the intangibles that could challenge Canelo's ring IQ ,his conditioning,heart etc ..

The ultimate test for any boxer .This should be a great fight..

 

Called it. I was in no way in minority with this prediction, kind of sad what Golden Boy fights are becoming.
