i just gave the close rounds to steve...i mean, i even had him winning 2 of the rounds where he got dropped.... adamek is a ****en beast though, definately a guy you can't root against.... it seemed as though steve was controlling everything, his downfall was trying to bang with adamek, but you can't blame him for wanting to impress the crowd.....
How did you guys score the 4th round since it seemed Steve was gonna win it 10-8 without the kd but then Adamek kd Cunningham?
how do you get three 10-8 rounds and people have cunningham winning? maybe uf he swept the 9 other rounds but he didnt....
Dude, people that don't score the fight or don't pay close enough attention are easily fooled by knockdowns and the crowd. Just like in the Dawson - Johnson fight where Chad won 7 rounds easy, people still think Johnson "beat the **** outta Chad". It makes no sense.
rule of thumb they always give you a 10-8 when you get dropped....unless you dominate the round and ket knocked down with a second left....
Which happened in at least one of the KD rounds (4?). Arguments could be made that there were 2 9-9 rounds in that fight.
guys can we be serious for just 1 sec here? I mean seriously just 1 god damned second! no way did cunningham win that fight lol. adamek did wat he had to do and busted steves face in lol.
You mean a 10-9 round. With the 10 point must system, there can never be any 9-9 rounds unless points are deducted.
In fact, if USS was dominating the round, to th point where a 10-8 is necessary (I was watching a shitty stream so it was hard for me to score), the argument can go that a rare 9-8 round is in order, as the knockdown only takes a point from the fighter knocked down, doesn't automatically give the fighter who knocked the other down a point. It depends on the person scorin the fight. I'd love to see a rematch.
No, I mean a 9-9 round. If a fighter is dominating a round and gets knocked down, it can be scored a 9-9 round, as the point taken would be the 10th point.
