Or has anyone ever heard about at least?
Apparently its a good book with the training routine that Bernard Hopkins used for his training camps to get in shape as well as other top boxers.(Need to confirm that though) I heard it was good because it is very specific for a sport like boxing giving you the fitness of being able to go through the intensity of a boxing match.

Evalistinho - I have the book

It is designed to condition your body by implementing stretching, weights, interval running and core development exercises.

The goal is to gain lean muscle and lose unwanted fat.

On average he says the participants in his study lose an overall of a few pounds although they gain muscle.

It is not sport specific however, and is not the same training program Hopkins used with him. What it does do is tell you how many calories each type of sports person should be eating (i think boxers take 4000 calories daily according to him).

Its basically a general guide for average people. athletes to build muscle.
