Anybody here mute the sound while watching fights?

    1. To score the fight without biased commentating
    2. Not wanting to hear Merchant/Stewart/etc etc.

    I don't usually mute cuz I like the boxing atmosphere of mega fights :), I like hearing the crowd etc etc.

    Occasionally so I don't hear Gus Johnson yelling about nuts and guts or other stupid things he says.

    No. I liked commentators as they provide for a good boxing atmosphere. I dont let them affect my judging because i have a STRONG mentality that does not get broken

    I like the commentary watching live as it adds to the experience, if I re watch a close fight I will re watch it muted.

    It really helps in getting clearer picture without the BS.

    I only mute if scoring (on a rewatch) if the commentators are blatantly missing ****/biased
