Does anybody know a good shot putter? It would be interesting to see what one of those guys could do on a heavy bag. Anybody out there that knows one video him hitting a heavy bag. preferably using boxing technique instead of that shot put wind up.
Always wondered about this. Igor Vovchancyhn was a shot putter, apparently. Murderous puncher by MMA standards.
I just watched Igor's one punch KO of Francisco Bueno and it was scary. Igor had some huge powerful looking legs.
