Anybody know if Tommy Hearns is *really* considering a comeback?

    And if he is, is Tarver really considering fighting this 50+ year old man? I've heard both that Tommy is living successfully and comfortably and that he just got evicted from his house and needs money. Anybody know the real deal? I hope this was just a joke.

    He's always considering a comeback.

    Hopefully promoters are probably too wary of the potential of disaster to openly exploit his desire to fight again.
    No one wants to risk promoting some old 51 year-old legend getting killed in his "comeback fight".

    He fought a nobody just over 4 years ago and he looked very bad.

    as a fan of Thomas, I still thought that was funny. Each time Tommy said something the guy said oh no. oh god. Can you imagine 30 years ago when Tommy fought Cuevas, if someone told us 30 years from now Hearns will be challenging someone to box in the year 2010 no one would believe it. As much as I love Tommy I don't think he should fight again. He should enjoy his retirement.

    The guy's been slurring his words since the 90s yet he fought just four years ago.

    It wouldn't surprise me, especially given this recent news.
