Yes, though a few of the times I think Brewsters people answered me, not him personally all the time.

Liakhovich would of been a good fight for him before Vitali blew him away a couple months back, Brewster has said that he's done with the wars is content with what Buddy is teaching him. In other words, dont expect the same Brewster that we seen against Wlad in 04 or Liakhovich in 06.

I agree, thats why I said Roach would be a perfect fit for him, but he doesnt want to take the punishment anyomore, because he wants to be able to talk to his kids with normal sentences. I feel sorry for Brewster in a way, but his new way of fighting wont get him anywhere, and if the performance he showed against Wlad is his new style, I rather him stay retired, this coming from a huge fan of his.

    Agreed.:good

The most important thing is his health.

And one day, he'll be able to look back with pride at his great fights with Klitschko, Liakhovich, Golota, and Meehan, among others.

But I think this new style would be more effective against someone who is not 6 foot 7, very powerful, fast, and athletic.

But I agree, Brewster's best game plan is to use what he has to its fullest; power and aggression........a swarming type of pressure fighter who is out to send you home, early.

I think had Wlad not been so effective with the jab and movement, Brewster would have made every effot to swarm and KO him, ala Golota. But I think you gotta give Klit credit for preventing Brewster from doing what he does best/ from doing what he probably tried to do, but could not get away with.

I hear what your saying, but if you watch the fight closely he made very little attempt to try and lure Wlad into a slugfest, I give Wlad credit for keeping the jab out there and picking him off a little bit when Brewster would try and lunge in. Lamon picked the wrong type of fight that night, and it was clear to me that the wars finally caught up with him that night, if you told me Brewster would quit in his corner against Wlad, I would of called you a liar and probably would of claimed you have never seen Lamon in a fight before, when a man quits in his corner, you know theres no fight left him, Lamon gave up his war type mentallity that night, I doubt we will ever see it again.
