Anybody know why Dimitrenko vs. Pulev is no longer scheduled?

    Alexander Dimitrenko vs. Kubrat Pulev for the European heavyweight title had been scheduled for March 31.

    But I see it's no longer on the BoxRec schedule, although the Sauerland card is still on for March 31:

    Anybody know why the fight is off? Is one of them injured? I was eagerly looking forward to this fight, so I'm disappointed. :-(

    Nice one, hopefully Pulev steps in the ring with Boytsov instead and gets destroyed.

    Dimitrenko doesn't want to fight for Universum anymore. Some weeks ago, reports suggested it will most likely be Boytsov v Pulev for the EBU title now.

    Perhaps. But some Eastern European sites have been reporting Boytsov is fighting Dominick Guinn in April:

    Fury is fighting Rogan on April 14.

    I still can't find any news reports that explain why the Pulev-Dimitrenko fight is off.

    Dimitrenko-Pulev is still on after all.

    It's just been moved to May 5th in Erfurt and will be on the same card as Gerber-Harris.
