Basically just wondering if anybody out there has trained in or experienced some of the better know gyms out there, thinkin along the lines of Gleasons, Wild Card, Kronk Wincobank etc? Failing that whats your particular favourite gym, who's the best trainer youve come across unknown to most but those at his/her gym? :bbb:good
i weight train at virgin active in wood green. **** gym, **** location, no ring, no bags, decent price and get free parking
when i was 14 i had a few work outs at buster douglass gym in columbus ohio i was fighting in the ohio state fair it was really nice the best gym id ever been in that was a few yrs after he beat tyson
