I'm training fo my first fight in december and was just wondering if anybody uses medicine balls in their training, how often, what exercises etc?
Medicine ball slams are the best exercise for explosive strength and power. Throws up in the air are also very good (but do it outside!!!) There are so many different types of passes, throws, etc, etc that are 'plyometrics' that it would tak hours to type up. Just type 'medicine ball boxing exercises' on google
