After getting unquestionably staggered by Miranda, many jumped off the Benevidez bandwagon but he is healed up and coming off a dominant win (as expected) against a scrub. I'm hoping he fights 3 times this year and maybe takes a step up early next year. I will be watchinghis next fight closely and hopefully it is at least someone with power to test him a bit.
IMO guys like Jose, Charlo, Thurman, Spence (ok maybe just my opinion) are the future of American boxing. Exciting guys with skill to back it up. Thurman is starting to get repped but the other guys get nuthin. Well... except the "rumours" about Spence putting the hurt on acertain someone.

I'm not even American and I know who he is. Maybe just stick to the Floyd and Pac threads then guy.

A lot of great fighters with good chins have been hurt early in their careers. I don't think their chins reach their peak until they're in the mid 20's. Jose was only 20 years old when he got rocked in that fight. Guy still has a lot of potential

Jose fights really tall so he's going to get hit. Simple as that.
