Got floored by a body shot from my cousin when we were in our 20s.He is a bigger guy than me,about 20lbs heavier and I was helping him out with his speed and defence.Just putting jabs and straight rights at him whilst moving around. He got pissed off cos his defence was always **** and threw a big hook just above the hip.I was on the deck about 10mins never mind 10 seconds.

Got KD'd by a body shot, Kd'd someone with a body shot too. We go from mild then as the rounds go by it gets harder.

I've never been dropped.. The most I've been hurt is some hard body shots but I suck it up. In my boxing gym.. well when I was boxing.. Everyone would usually try to go full steam unless they were just helping someone out. If your not going hard then your not going to learn anything, but if your so intent on doing damage that your fighting wreckless, your not going to learn anything either - there's a balance.

I've sent guys stumbling, given bruises/lumps, and dropped a guy.

    Update:

I got put down today for the first time. Other guy was 220, 9 fights, out of shape, but he got me with a right hand while I was trying to duck and pivot. It turned my upper body and my back foot slid out from under me. Both my gloves touched the canvas. More of a wipeout than anything, but still, it counts lol.
