Seen it advertised in BN for ages but never got round to buying a copy...mainly because other training, fitness and health magazines are so ****ing terrible and pointless plus all the stuff is already on the net if I want to spend 20 seconds checking it out...also the training thread on here is cool. But 'Fighting Fit' looks great and this month Kurt Angle is on the cover so it must be good right? So anyone read it and rate it?
nah i ain't but i'm also thinking of buying it. Looking to get back in shape and back into swing of things. i know my a work mate was in one issue and he showed me it and he said it's good read. Looks like there's a fair few pages to read which is good..or you can just look at the pictures lol.
nice tags, lol. Back to the topic, all these fitness mags are a waste of money IMO. Getting fit is mostly hard work and common sense.
Thanks..and yes I know getting fit is down to hard work and common sense and like I said I read net stuff, get decent advice and go on what folk say in the ESB training forum....but I enjoy a good read too...unfortunetly Mens Fitness and Health are wank.
