Anyone care about Benn vs. Van Heerden this weekend?

    I watch boxing for the sporting aspect not to s imp over women. I'd watch it if there's nothing else on but with a big fight night I want a string of good fights not moderately to downright unattractive women, who are in most cases more attracted to each other than they are men displaying little power and average skills and getting a big platform after conquering a much smaller talent pool than much more talented and experienced male fighters have to climb through to get noticed and make no mistake when these women are getting a push it is at the expense of others.

    Yes I would rather watch some proper fights instead of her in a shorts and vest.

    This would have been interesting a few years ago.

    Now it's an awful choice. When Van Heerden felt he was drowning against Ennis he went for a massive head butt which fortunately backfired but could have done tremendous damage. Why put your perma-prospect in with him?

    Europe and Britain, as always, are overflowing with WWs who have OK skills or tricky styles but no power who could actually provide some development without risking a loss or injury.

    Why not call one of them up?

    I don't care about Benn period. Cringe as hell and couldn't tie his dad's shoelaces. Feasting on bums because he was too lazy to flesh out experience in the amateurs and instead took easy route whilst riding off the success of his dad

    Fish Eyes stable has at least as much star power as Hearn's but is younger and more talented. He's crooked yes but he builds his prospects propper unlike Hearn who throws his fighters to the wolves too early then poaches other people's fighters once He's ruined his own stable.

    Hearn's finished mate I guarantee you few to none of the upcoming prospects under Shalom and Warren will make the move to Hearn this time.

    He was never a talented promoter he was literally just gifted the full power of the biggest sports media outlet in Britain during a golden era of British Boxing.

    Not sure he is. Fish eyes needs to go into alliances like with Top Rank to compete. DAZN have deep pockets and Hearn has the 2 biggest stars in the world in Canelo and AJ.

    AJ is virtually finished and Canelo is essentially a free agent occasionally working with DAZN but remember that's DAZN. Only reason they're getting Hearn to negotiate it and not DLH is because they fell out.

    Hearn only great at promoting himself.

    I know he can be an annoying prat but he has done a good job. I like Fish Eyes to but he can be a bit too prickly at times but I believe him to be a good man just of another generation. Ben Shalom is nice guy, fresh and I wish him the best. Dean Whyte is also a good guy.
