Anyone else feel really sorrt for Setanta?

Ive sent espn an email like chinnys.if everyone on here sends one they will have to take notice

 

My £15.00 DD went out yesterday.****in typical. All setanta channels are down now.
Gutted. And gutted for the lads that work there. LFC.TV still on though as a consolation

 

I am watching 5pm Setanta news and at the top of the headlines are.....no not the loss of all the sports contracts or impending administration etc......but, WIMBLEDON!

Says it will be still shown in ireland, maybe just irish sports though, seeing as they will have **** all else to show, sad indeed, was a decent channel

No signal received and talk sport just said it will cease broadcasting tonight

setanta 1 will continue broadcasting in the republic and northern Ireland, maybe the boxing hour will be still broadcast and people in England could watch it on the web

 

must of been down to the heavy rain we just had. Its back on.....for now.

We just got the emotional goodbye from Setanta News, what will be the last word said on this channel.....better be quick....

 

if sky wanted to invest in boxing they would not of let setanta get involved in the first place. it doesnt make them enough dosh.

Goldenboy have a contract with ESPN in the states to show smaller fighters, so hopefully they can have one in the UK.

I wouldnt mind if a decetn streaming site was set up of even a cheap PPV slot that charged the same as Box Office films. £3.99 for a fight card.
