I feel sorry for the staff, but not Setanta as a whole, they started taking the p*ss out of freeviewers some time ago by putting live bills on Setanta 2 which freeviewers don't get, I was paying my money but getting little in return in terms of boxing. The channel started off really well which is why I subscribed, but then when Warren went more stuff started creeping on to Setanta 2 I became disillusioned with them. I kept threatening to cancel with them, but wanted to keep it open for the Haye-Klit fight, when that was called off and then they didn't screen the Chag-Klit fight it was he beginning of the end.

To be honest I hadn't watched anything on the channel for over a month, so I don't think I'm gonna miss it now. In its heyday it was really good, but went downhill fairly rapidly in terms of boxing output.

I've been a subscriber since the Calzaghe fight and I've worked with them on a few shows, the most recent being only a few weeks ago on the British ABA's.

A real top bunch of guys, Jim Bentley the boxing producer, Andy, Buncey, Richie Woodhall, John Rawling, Rob Walker and all the floor crew. Their coverage of the British shows was really good.

I, and many others, will miss their boxing output but lets spare a thought for all those who are losing their living. My best wishes to all of you.
