People say the Ruiz fight broke him mentally, but I think the loss only cracked him mentally.
Along with the losses to Usyk, I think what has really broken him has been the harsh, and often unfair, nature of the criticisms lobbed at him by the public.

He strikes me as being more insecure than the average unified champ, so to have the people turn against him so quickly after losing to Ruiz and continue to clown him and write off his achievements, even after avenging the Ruiz loss, can't have had a good affect on him mentally.

His strange post fight behaviour may have annoyed and angered some but to me it just makes me feel bad for the guy.

    No

He has been cracked mentally for years

Dominic Brezeale made him crack all way back in 2016.

The things he says and does all giveaways. Someone like Fury or Usyk see right through him. He will never be mentally cut for it.

Never the same after the Wladimir Klitschko fight.

    Took his boxing soul.

I feel sorry for him because he has some mental issues. He's a victim to a degree, and I believe he does his best to fight those issues and represent himself well... but the fight is still there all the same. Just imo.

However, at the same time, hard to feel that bad for a succesful, multi millionaire sex symbol boxing champion.

    You’re misrepresenting what he said.

“Being strong doesn’t win boxing. Skills win boxing. You’re not strong, How did you beat me? How? Because of skills.”

A bit. It is similar to Wilder in that they convinced him that he is much better than he is. But I think he is still #3 in the world. He could have an encore since Fury and Usyk are almost done.
