Anyone else feel that Kimbo Slice is the next Ron Lyle?

    Exactly, imagine Foreman in with Slice, the fight would have seen Slice tagged once and left in a hospital bed.

    Kimbo wouldn't be even worthy to lace Lyles boots up for him or wrap his hands. Not saying Lyle was great...but at least he was fighting at world level...so he got that far at least. Kimbo won't ever get close to that level...not seen his last fight..but read he had a shaky moment vs a bum. Now of course that can happen to anyone..but in Kimbos case its going to happen and happen till a journeyman KO's him and his hype train grinds to a halt.

    If you took every semblance of boxing ability, athleticism and coordination away from Lyle, he could pass a fleeting resemblance to Slice. If you squinted your eyes. And knew ****-all about boxing.

    Kimbo's more along the lines of a poor man's bum.

    Or a Seth Mitchell divided by a few thousand.

    He has heart, though, I'll give him that, despite his bad chin. And he's doing what he seems to love, so props to him for getting in there and giving it his all.
