You can lose to a fighter and still be considered better than him, kind of how Barrera was still considered better than Junior Jones. Sometimes who wins a fight has more to do with the style matchup than who is the better fighter.

hardly no one had marquez as 1 before the diaz fight. if you had him as one before that fine, but if you think he is 1 after that you are false.

People in here cant think for themselves. All you guys are saying is that "officially" pac won the fight. The fact is that their last fight was really close and could have gone either way...even Roach said this. So to say that pac won convinsively both times is utter B.S. I had them at a tie for P4P after Marquez tko'd Casamayor and now I rate Marquez higher because he knocked out another credible opponent in JDiaz.

Yes and if you think otherwise I think you are blind not smart enough to see that Oscar was not the fighter he ever was. Any game fighter would have defeated DLH that night. Even Valero.

double standards. pac is number one. look at the ring for confirmation. marquez has to beat pac or when pac loses or if marquez beats a p4p fighter like cotto or mosely.casa and diaz helll naaah.

talk is cheap. pac is the one that did it, and gave him the worst beating of his life.

Has Pac defeated a P4P fighter like Cotto or Mosley? Has he even defeated Hatton? At this point Casa and Diaz are far supperior opponents than DLH and Casa...Forget it these *******s are so frustrating to talk to. If Pac said he can **** a bear up these guys will buy it. P4P most retarted fans *******S and it has nothing to do with pac hes great you guys make him look bad.

barrera morales and marquez are all top 5 p4p fighters when he fought them. marquez has never beaten one in their prime. what are you talking about.

Totally agree with this. Except the Valero part. Oscar was an ancient, wright drained skeleton on a losing streak against Pacquaio. A good win no doubt, because of the lower weights Pac has come from, but Oscar wasn't even a shadow of his former self.

This is where your argument falls down.
