I scored the used VHS at Blockbuster back around 2004 and I was glad I did, too...... I like it.... I know no real historian will ever give it credit or its just due, but I care LESS! It's a goodie....

Leonard Roberts and Til Schweiger did fine jobs as "Joe and Max.":deal

I have no idea what it grossed at the show. I'm guessing it tanked.. But rental sales should've been decent among the boxing world.?.?
    :huh:good

It pretty much sucked, but it was decent for the historical value.

It wasn't a bad film. I have it on Netflix. It's a decent enough movie. The actor who played Joe Louis had the Brown Bomber's stoic stare down pat.
