What about your boy Mosley, how many times in his career has he been down or embarrased. Do you forget about Vernon Forrest or Winky Wright.

Ok, you can argue 1 round for floyd for the first 4 rounds. but the fact remains that Cotto's victory was more impressive than Floyd's. But I suppose it doesnt matter b/c styles make fights. I'm not going to argue that b/c Cotto did it more convincingly, then he is the better fighter. I simply wanted to point out that Judah was done before he fought Mayweather and even more so when he fought Cotto.

You're pretty much guessing here, and have no real basis for this argument. Every fighter is bound to get hurt, but Floyd has never even been wobled like Cotto was against Corely. Clearly, good defensive fighters are going to get hurt less, that's just common sense. However, being that Floyd has only been down once(he took a knee after punching Hernandez and hurting his hand), and has never even been wobled, there's no reason to assume that his chin is overrated.

Unbeatable, did Judah's vicious low blow hinder mayweather. Dont make excuses man. The fact is that this is boxing. People are going to get hit low. There is no way in hell that you can say that Cotto's blow to Judah was worse than Judah's blow to mayweather. Judah practically stared at Floyd's nuts and then swung with everything he had while he had a perfect angle. Cotto on the other hand had his head pulled down during a combination which forced his punch low. Anyways, we can argue all night whether the blows were intentional or not. But the point is that you cant make excuses for Judah, when Floyd survived a worse shot from Judah himself.

In my opinion, a victory over Zab Judah for both fighters is a very overrated victory b/c of Zab's past mishaps. Let's not make it sound like Zab didnt train as hard for Cotto as he did for Floyd b/c if anything his career was more on the line for Cotto than Floyd.

I see where you're coming from, but this is a bad analogy. Mayweather was only hit with one low blow and was able to rest for about 10 minutes due to the ensuing brawl, the round then ended and there was only two more rounds in a fight he was winning comfortably. The situation in the Cotto/Judah fight was much different. They came early in the fight, and the ref was rushing Judah to get back up and he only had a couple of minutes of reat.

Cotto never admitted that. He simply said in boxing you have to do whatever it takes. People can assume what they want. Also, you should know that Cotto can barely speak english. He can rarely put a coherent sentence together. I'm not going to sit here and say it's not a posssibility that he hit him low, but I wont see 100% that it was intentional b/c I was not in the ring. Floyd does things also in the ring that aren't completely legal. How many times have you seen Floyd holding his opponents head down and hitting?

BigRed, who's choice was it for Judah to take only a few minutes. Judah could have taken the full 5 minutes in both cases. But he CHOSE not too. Who's fault is that? Cotto or Judah? By him not taking the full 5 minutes, you can only assume that he was ready to go. If he wasnt, that was his own fault. It's not to say that had he taken the full 5, he would have been 100%, but he definitely would have recovered a lot more if it were needed. But seeing as he didnt take the full 5, then one should only assume that he didnt need it. a professional fighter should know that stamina is a huge assett. if you are alloted a break when you are hurt, then why not take it. also, Cotto is a fighter that works on momentum. if you feel him coming on, and you have a chance to take some of that momentum away by taking a break, then take it. but again, Judah chose not to do so, so therefore he was ok.

My only point was the situations in the Judah/Mayweather fight and the Judah/Cotto fight were completely different. Even if he did take the full 5 minutes(no one does, especially not with a ref standing over top of you, practically yelling at you to get up), that's still only about half the time Mayweather had to recover
