    None of these guys can claim to be the Welterweight Champ when they all flat out refuse to fight Williams.

    I heard randall bailey is moving up from 140 to 147, after his KO loss to Juan urango. I bet you floyd takes that fight, margarito is too risky...and oh he is a full pledge welter. Floyd does not take risk
