Anyone else notice the IBF seems to be biased towards black fighters?

IBF favors black fighters
WBA favors money

Pretty sure they are based out of South Africa, no? I know the IBO is, which explains why there are so many South African and continental African IBO champions. But yes, people notice. It's not particularly an issue as the IBF champions are on par with champions from the other sanctioning bodies.

I know the IBO is South Africa and, honestly, the IBF does a lot of business with African fighters/promoters/countries. I don't have an issue with a sanctioning body in one country seemingly favoring fighters from a different country.

Sort of like, should the WBC be taking a lot of **** for having an overwhelming majority of fighters from either Mexico or Japan?
