Anyone else on here not give a **** about Floyd or Manny?

Unfortunately, yes, I am also not caring much about this fight. I am still hoping for some inspiration to show up within two weeks, week, or at least last day but the fight has been steadily ticking closer for a couple months and if anything my desire to see this fight has gone down so it's not hopeful.

 

I am super stoked about the fight.

But I will say I have not and will not watch a single training video or promo show or read any sparring gossip or trash talk about the fight. I have 20 years of footage to re-watch of their careers if I wanted to see them. I know who they are and what I'm getting. All that stuff is pointless to anyone other than those who will be ordering their first ever or second ever PPV.

 

I certainly don't care as much as I should about a fight of this magnitude but I just don't get excited when Floyd fights. No electricity, no anticipation, just nothing for me. I like Manny, never been a huge fan, but he comes to fight. Maybe he can draw Floyd into a war that might actually be remembered years from now, but I doubt it. Floyd will win a boring 12 round decision that will be forgotten almost as soon as it is over, just like the rest of his fights

 

I am very excited for the fight, but not even close to how much I was 5-6 years ago. I don't like Mayweather but he's a good boxer sso, no, I do care about his fights since I am a fan of the sport. His fights are boring but it's interested to see if someone can solve him.

 

If they had this fight back when they were going to, 3 or 4 years ago, I would have been exicted. Now it's something to just get out of the way. Sad part is they are making way more now than if they fought back then, in their primes.

 

You obviously care enough about these guys to create this thread.

 

I just want a new generation to take over.

 

Im neither her nor there on this ill watch but my expectations aren't to high on the fight. The fight I want is Stevenson Kovalev thats the best fight available.

 

Gonzalez vs. Estrada II is the second best fight available to Mayweather/Pacquiao.

Nobody has Stevenson on their P4P list. Everybody (spare for folks who don't follow Flyweight at all) has the above 4 high on their list.

I'm looking forward to it but it's not actually a fight I'd like to see the most in boxing. I'm still very excited though.

Why are you pretending not to be interested in this fight?
I know for a fact you'll watch it.
Also, you just made a thread about the pair of boxers, so you do have some interest.
