Anyone else still excited to see Roy Jones Jr. fight?

    Lacy is far past his best (as is Jones, obviously), but i think this could be a pretty good fight given that Lacy never backs down. Jones' bout with Trinidad was pretty entertaining as well, despite both being old for boxers. Can't say i'm looking forward to it as much as to Pac/Cotto or Mayweather/Marquez, but for a fighter who is supposed to be done, i'm still watching with a lot of interest. I hope he makes his ringwalk in the captain hook suit. :yep

    It is a little disconcerting to watch RJJ a shell of him self box in the ring because he looks so shot and old. If he fights opponents in pseudo exhibition fights that make him look great then I dont mind.

    I like watching RJJ fight, but I don't like watching shot-to-pieces-fighters (Lacy) get beat-down

    I've always been a fan of Jones and its obvious he is a shell of himself. But, as long as he's facing the likes of Lacy, Shieka, or Trinidad then why not? If he wants to face Dawson, Adamek, Klitschko's or the likes then no. As long as he's facing guys he can beat or atleast be competitive with then Jones can fight until he's 100 if he likes. I don't know if I'm overly excited about him fighting, but he and Lacy is midly interesting and the undercard looks ok. The price is $35 so I might actually buy his next fight. I've been skipping these type of ppv's lately but its been a long dryspell this summer so I might bite.
