Either way, this is not going to be a super exciting fight. Watch for clinches and bhop trying to slow the pace of the fight at all times. Bhop vs Pavlik comes to mind a lot when i think of this. Pascal should win this because of hometown advantage, but its gonna be close. And no one is going down in this one.
50/50 either Hopkins is so skilled and just does his thing and pulls a Pavlik like win or Pascal is too young and fast and wins similar to the Taylor fights
I don't see why people are saying Pascal is fast or can out work Hopkins similar to Calzaghe. From what I've see of him he's slow, has a very poor work rate, bad stamina and is very wild. The only things I was impressed by was his power and punch resistance which are decent but not p4p, he can also be explosive in short spurts but it's all wild. I think Hopkins is still way too tough to be stopped by Pascal and he will never get out boxed by Pascal and as I've said I think Pascal's work rate is very poor so I don't see him outworking Hopkins. I can actually see Pascal getting really frustrated by Hopkins dirty tactic and doing something stupid. Let's face it Pascal has only beaten one good fighter who is inconsistant and even that win does not sound conclusive.

Hopkins rarely has shown an "exciting" style. Love Hopkins...but I hope he loses this handily (which he should if Pascal sticks to an obvious game-plan.) Time for Hopkins to go off into the sunset.
http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=273727 I give Pascal a better chance than you guys... just because he told the Montreal media (which BTW are as cruel [to athletes who fall] as they come) he was gonna adapt to BHop. "Let's see if this teacher can still teach a lesson!!" LOL They seem to agree that the winner will be "the intelligent man"... unless Jean's camp was as great as he said it to be, BHop outsmarts him. It's a decision that can easily go either way. If you still think the Wright confusion in Bute-Andrade I was some sort of Andrade KO, after all the articles about that ending laying all cards on the table, ..and believe Montreal is corrupted at the ref and/or judge levels... ..fukk you. :smoke That's what Jean is saying right there.. :rofl This content is protected
