Agreed, but the way you made it sound is as if no other boxers throws a jab, an uppercut or a cross.

They might not throw them correctly, or optimally... but they throw them lol.

I'm OK with this fight. Miller is still a little unknown as a commodity, but a decent bout.

I have said before I don't mind the fight
    miller is legit top 10
the fight is in millers backyard

biggest unknown factor in this fight is millers chin

the whole way this fight goes depends on it being absolute rock

we know what Joshua can and cannot do
we know what miller can and cannot do
what we do no know is if and when miller gets teed off on he can shrung it off like he did v wach/ Washington/ dulhaupus

if he can Joshua will have to fight a different style / jab /pot shot back up and combo and tie up to take a rest

but with respect to millers opponents he never had to try and avoid much /they are weak punchers at top 10 level none of them ever even have dropped a top 20 fighters that I can think off without looking up there fights.

and while I believe miller has a true fighters heart and will need to be carried out on his shield if he loses when he gets tattoed and feels AJ power will he still be willing to walk through AJ to get his own shots off.

what I have seen of millers defense so far is just a double arm guard straight in front of an opponent waiting for them to stop punching and then carry on

or if he does not feel any power he does not even cover up

I have seen him bend over not even looking at his opponent and in no position to counter/ right open to a big right

IMO the speed /combos/power of AJ is going to be on show with miller looking very slow in comparison and it will last as long as millers chin is able to survive

as for miller taking AJ punches / and getting off his own I think he will leave himself open to power shot counters .

miller does have a chance if he gets under AJ skin in the build up and AJ shoots his load early ala whyte when he threw wild / miller takes them ala Brewster v wlad and kos a tired aj

cant see it happening but miller is a lump and its impossible to grade his chin until after this fight.

All AJ fights are interesting because in any AJ fight there is a chance that the journeyman he is fighting will KTFO him.

AJ usually stays away from journeymen. He prefers old shot fighters. This time he’s actually taking a chance.

He’s a young, big, undefeated top 10 operator and Joshua is fighting him in his back yard. That’s more than acceptable for a voluntary defence.

You can’t win with some people.
