Anyone else think Juan Diaz should drop down to fight PAC?

    If I was Pac, I'd tell Diaz to meet me at 130. I'm the draw, I'm the more popular fighter, he has more to prove than me, so he should fight me on my home turf. Plus, Diaz looks like he could make 126, if he wanted.

    F#ck a catchweight. Fighting at anything other than 130 is an advantage for Juan Diaz. I hate how guys will call other guys out to come up to their weight to fight them, but they never want to go down in weight.

    diaz does seem to have a lot of fat in the midsection. he can probably make 130 if he wanted to.

    and pac is certainly the draw so he can definitely set the parameters of this match such as at what weight should they fight and have a very big say on purse sharing. kinda like what floyd did for his upcoming fight against hatton.

    What does Pac have to offer though for Juan. I think Pac should go up Juan is the one with the belts.

    pac is not interested in the belts... the ABC bodies will just charge exorbidant sanctioning fees for this and pac doesn't want that.

    pac offers juan the biggest payday of his career and the status of being the acknowledged superstar of the lower weights and a top tier elite p4p fighter. definitely more than juan's abc belts can offer him.

    J Diaz holds 3 belts......why would he. He should mop up D Diaz, take his belt and then look @ Casamayor which is no easy task. He will learn alot in that fight and then wait for that Phillipean food....it'll come.

    nah. pac doesn't need juan. it's the other way around. that's why it was juan who called pac out. juan wants to get into the "BIG MONEY" and pac is the acknowledged "Money Man" of 135 and below. a fight w/ pac will mean million dollar paydays for juan for the rest of his career. his belts will never give him the money that a pac fight @130 will.

    exactly, Pac doesnt need to prove anything at lightweight. The fight will come when it comes.

    that's going to be a long time as there are still a lot of big money fights for pac @130.

    Nah nah nah . . . fighting or beating Diaz at 130 will prove nothing. Fighting at a catch weight would be better.

    No, he can meet him at a catch weight of 132. PAC comes to fight weighing MORE THAN Diaz does.

    If I was the draw, I'd put everything in my favor. I'm used to fighting at 130, so that's where I'll fight. If Diaz wants to start earning 7 figures, then he better man up & meet me where I say. Diaz has nothing to negotiate with. The ABC trinkets? Pfft.

    Like Dan Rafael said this fight needs to marinate. . . Juan needs at least one or two more big wins and if its gonna be at 135 Pac needs one or two fights there to set it up but if they both keep winning and the fight can be made in about a year it will be huge.
