I think Sergio's speed, southpaw stance and awkward style is going to give Williams fits, anyone agree?

    I got Martinez 116-112

I think this fight will go a long way in either affirming or discrediting the view that Williams has ascended after the Quintana loss by a lucky punch/blitzkrieg in the rematch followed by fights against a C-grade fighter and two over the hill veterans.

I'll be rooting for Williams, but Martinez has the skill set and style to give him lots of problems. For as good of a defensive fighter Winky is, he did not give Williams the movement that gets the Punisher off balance. Martinez is slick.

PDub deserves a lot of credit for making the fight with Martinez. Sergio seems to be the type of fighter who could give Williams fits all night long. However, I think Sergio's normally low guard will get him in trouble. Considering the volume of punches PW throws I think the low guard virtually guarantees that something big will land.

Martinez could win. That's not out of the question by any means. However, I'm really hoping for a dominate performance by PW.

A Williams win will most likely give us Pavlik/Williams in April or May. That's a fight nearly everyone wants to see.

A Martinez win gives us **** all. Actually PW has a rematch clause, so a Martinez win would probably mean Martinez/Williams II in the spring.
