He is chasing a fight with Haye and I dont think Haye wanted it after he saw what Vitaly did to Arreola.
Now after this performace people are giving Haye more of a chance.

The K brothers are very smart. This could be a trap to get Haye to sign.
Since he already does not want to fight either. He just talks about it but doesnt sign the dotted line.

I can now see this fight being made.

    I concur.

Unfortunately for Vitali, Kevin Johnson wouldn't throw any punches and made the fight as dull as can be.

    IT was just a thought.

Isnt it funny now though that there is threads saying Haye can now beat Vitaly.
After Arreola it was moer like Vitaly will destroy Haye and Haye did not seem anxious to fight him. Expect Haye to call him out soon. Just watch.

And you're an Englishman, aren't you?

Haye already chickened out from Wladimir fight and from Vitali fight to face Valuev - it's a smart move surely for he knew against Valuev he can survive by runnig around him for 12 rounds, but against both Klitschkos who hit much harder, are much faster and much harder to hit then Valuev, he knows his chances...

So now Haye is again all mouth bitching around how he wants to fight both Klitschkos, but signing no contract still... Had Vitali flattened Johnson mercilessly in 2-3 rounds, Haye would have wet his pants when just thinking of steppin into the ring with Vitali...

But now he might think Vitali got old overnight and actually find some balls wherever he lost them long ago and actually sign a contract and stepp in the ring for real, thinking he might really have good chance to win. Klitschkos are way smarter then Haye, why shouldn't they pull the trick anyway?

If your intelligence and imagination are too low and/or too nonexistant so you're not able to imagine something like that, that doesn't mean other people with higher intelligence and more imagination are complete idiots, it only means YOU are a complete idiot... But you won't be able to understand and imagine this thought too...

No I don't. VK looked as good as he could fighting a guy that just stood up against the ropes basically only trying to neutralize his attack all night. If he could have picked him up and bodyslammed him into the mat, I'm sure he could have looked better... I gotta give KJ some props for just being able to do what he did so well I guess. Vitali by no means was trying to look dull IMO. He thru over 1000 punches for crying out loud...

Well said. Exactly what i meant.
I know Johnson is slippery but Vitaly could have pushed harder to KO him.

In the long run no matter what it benefits him more to look bad since that would make the Haye fight a little easier to make.

Yea it's all part of the masterplan to lure haye in to signing a worthless contract and fight him for free.

Vitali's height is a disadvantage agains an extremely defensive fighter. He thrives on fighters who really try to beat him, Sander, Williams, Arreola. Even Lennox ran into serious problems with Vitali when he came out slugging away.

That said, if a bad night in Vitali's career means winning every round and never being in any danger of losing, it's not that bad. More esteemed fighters actually were KO'd on their bad nights.

No, but it certainly left alot of questions on his boxing skill, if he was struggling to to land on kingpin
